Lokalise Messages for Support

We have used this app extensively out of necessity, but it frequently stops working or randomly provides incorrect translations and the characters for those count against your monthly allotment. The free plan was very limited, but the lowest cost paid plan is too expensive for my small team and far in excess of what we use (we rarely used over 500k per month, but their lowest package price starts at 1m characters, wanting to effectively charge us for double what we actually use). Service and functionality have grown worse and now they're cutting the free plan from 500k characters per month to 50k, rendering the service completely unusable and offering no lower cost alternative plan for smaller businesses. Would not recommend this service to anyone.
