We are using this app to connect Zendesk with multiple Jira instances. The integration is completely customisable, which has worked perfectly for us. The Customer Support is also fantastic - I've received help both with configuration queries and with sync issues. Highly recommend this if you're looking to integrate with another system.

I was able to test out this app for 3 months. What i found out was this is the easiest way to link the Zendesk tickets to Jira and have comments come back from DevOps to the Customer Service Team. I highly recommend over the others out there and the cost was cheaper than the 10k I was getting from their competitors. The Best part, We dont have to cut and paste comments from one ticket system to another...attachments also. Saved me alot of time.
