Iframe Ticket Sidebar

The app could be good, but you can't adjust the screen pixels in the sidebar at all.

Great app but wish it had the ability to reference ticket fields in the url. If it had this it would be a game changer!

Hi, It is a nice idea. Is it possible to show the website link as well somewhere, which we could copy paste into the ticket? We do not use ZendDesk support center, but have our FAQ on gitbook. So this is a good way to integrate it to zendesk, but it would be great if we could send the link to user as well.
