The EZOffice integration with Zendesk has made keeping track of tickets and repair expenses so much easier. Before, I would need to keep track of expenses related to computer hardware repairs on a separate spreadsheet and then go back and match the ticket numbers. Having the option to create a service from either my Zendesk system for an asset OR create a ticket directly from EZ Office is very convenient and efficient. No more having to remember to make manual updates in 4 different places.
