If you're drowning in customer service tickets like I was, you'll want to check this app out. Initially, I skeptically tried the free version to see if it could handle the daily onslaught of requests—and it did not disappoint! Impressed by the time savings and how organized our support became, we upgraded to the Pro version. It's seriously like night and day; the app now automatically processes tickets which means no more manual sorting for us. What a relief! Also, a huge shoutout to Erik who hopped on multiple video calls to personally ensure everything was set up perfectly. The best part? Their support team is genuinely helpful, quickly addressing any questions or issues we have. Really well-built plugin that's going to save us hours and hours each week. The free version is super useful if you don't need to automatically process your rules (hitting a button once a day or once a week instead). But the pro plans are very worthwhile. Brilliant all-around - thank you!

Did not consistently apply the tag to our tickets, and lots of messages disappeared into thin air when we applied a single rule to 600 tickets. Maybe it works better in smaller batches every 15 minutes, we didn't bother to test.

This app is so helpful and saves so much of our time! Hundreds of tickets were getting suspended in our instance because they were system-generated email notifications and they were all sent at the same time. We initially used the free version of the app, but later went for the Pro version to have the advanced capabilities. It's amazing that this app can recover tickets from support addresses and change the requester. We are also able to tag those tickets thanks to Shredder and then run triggers to make some other changes. A big thank you to Sparkly!
