Git-Zen for GitHub

I had been shopping for helpdesk solutions that had an integration with Github and Git-Zen is honestly one of the major reasons we chose Zendesk. The app is incredibly powerful and gives helpdesk agents the ability to track, link to, create, and update issues seamlessly without ever needing to login to GitHub. There are a lot of configuration options so you can track what you care about on only share what you mean to. While the app is great the team working on it are incredible. They are very responsive and treat every request with care. On top of that, they take feature requests seriously and ACTUALLY IMPLEMENT THEM. I have nothing but good words for this app and team. I wish I could give greater than 5 stars

I am VERY impressed with the Git-Zen team. We had several questions during our implementation process, and they were very responsive and helpful. The support team was thorough when investigating our questions and giving us instructions. One of our questions even lead to a request for additional functionality, to which they were very open and added the request their development short-list. I run a support desk for a SAS company and am pretty critical when working with other teams, and the Git-Zen team is truly exceptional.
