Very stable app, installation and configuration was very easy and we had it up and running in a matter of minutes. I am very happy with it.
Depending on the amount of tickets you select, can make your employees feel over worked and overwhelmed. May help with tickets volume but could potently put a lot of stress on your employees.
Thank you for the feedback. This is one of the fundamental issues with round robin (push assignment). Even with the different scheduling and ticket limiting options, it can still be overwhelming for agents. If you're still looking for a solution, you may want to consider a pull model that empowers agents to grab the right tickets at their own pace instead. LOVE Playlist! Empowering agents to request more tickets rather than assigning them manually is a gamechanger. Different agents can request tickets from different views based on different rules.. to put it simply, you can really refine the app to optimize for any scenario. The new round robin feature is much smarter than an app I had used in the past. Some built in ways to prevent cherry-picking are great too. I can't recommend Playlist enough. The team over there is also fantastic. They're certainly not resting on their laurels. Playlist has been upgraded significantly over the past 2 years--which is amazing because it started out so good to begin with. Thanks again!
Playlist has been a great app for us to build out our support team routing system. It's easy for the team to understand how to use and implement. The support team is also super fast and attentive!
