No idea if this a Zendesk fault or the uploader, but this is NOT FREE from the email I just received from Screenmeet. As a product goes its got to have 4 or 5 stars, I did see some lag compared to other remote clients when moving the mouse on the clients screen but I loved the integration and the ease of use for both parties. Now why did I award a 2 Star, and this comes down to misleading information. 1. Its not Free 2. No mention of a paid or trial in the app description. 3. There website has no mention of it being paid product, but the word Demo is mentioned. 4. No indication in the app once installed that it has a subscription or expiration. Thank goodness I didn't distribute this to my team to use, because I then received an email from the company asking how I was going evaluating the product.
