Scive is a modern theme and can easily be customized to fit your brand identity. It is super intuitive and contains many awesome features that support all Zendesk Guide functions. Furthermore, the theme takes the community up an extra notch.

Community Content

The theme is built with the community in mind and so it allows you to display community content such as topics and posts directly on the home page for easy access.

Community Statistics

You can display information and statistics about your community on the home page:

• the number of posts
• the number of comments, and
• the number of votes.

The data will be updated once a day.

Navigation with up to 8 links

Scive offers the option to add navigation in either the header or the footer containing up to 8 links of your choice.

Option to choose between footer layout

Choose between

• a simple footer containing 2 links and optional SoMe icons or
• a detailed footer containing the navigation and optional SoMe icons.

Customizable sidebar

Scive offers the option to display an extra help area in the sidebar of posts, topics, categories, sections, and articles, where you can add buttons for ‘submit’ ticket, ‘call’ and ‘chat’.

Social Media icons

You can display up to 5 social media icons in the header or footer of the theme. You can also select which specific social media icons you want to show and link directly to the platforms. Currently the theme supports Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and Pinterest.

BE ATTENTIVE: The theme is only available for Standard purchase and currently doesn’t support RTL languages.
