Great tool and support is stellar! The custom glossary and prompting were dealbreakers in our evaluation and HC delivers. Not sure how we could have managed without it. Well worth the money

Additionally, the plugin helps us manage links and images, keeping our Help Center fresh and up-to-date. Swifteq Help Center manager app + Translate is a game-changer for managing Zendesk. The app is intuitive, making everything seamless, and the customer service team is always responsive and helpful. Costs $1 per article, per language. If you have 15 languages, and each article has about 200 words, you are paying $1 to translate 200 characters to one language using machine translation. On the other hand, DeepL costs $1.00 per 400,000 characters.

Thank you for your feedback on pricing. However, comparing our tool’s pricing with an API service isn’t accurate. Our solution is a fully integrated tool within Zendesk, allowing you to translate articles, sections, categories, or even entire help centers in just a few clicks, saving you hours by eliminating the need for manual copy-pasting. Our pricing reflects the value of this seamless, automated, and time-saving integration.

Help Center Translate has saved my company thousands of dollars and we have only been subscribed for a few months! - We have over 1,000 articles published month over month. Before Help Center Translate we had a 3 day TAT and was paying the translation vendor an average of $60 per article. Now our translations are instant and we pay one low annual subscription! - We have an internal review process for AI generated translations and have tracked the amount of edits needed per article. We are thrilled to share only minor edits (1-3) are needed when flagged. - Help Center Translate has also allowed us to reach new audiences! Previously, we only translated to languages we were required to. Now, we can translated to any language supported by ZenDesk and add disclaimers to any language we do not have a reviewer for. Subscribing has been the best decision we could have made as a company and team. It has simplified work, saved thousands, and increased team morale!
