Wir nutzen die App als Alternative zu den Zendesk Side Conversations. Es lassen sich verschiedene Tamplates anlegen, um später, je nach Empfänger das Ticket im geeigneten Tamplate weiter zu leiten. Dabei lassen sich die Oroginalinhalte wie Texte aus dem ursprünglichen Tocket übernehmen, aber auch Dateianhänge. Die App spart Zeit und (weil Side Conversations nicht notwendig) Geld. In Summe eine gute Lösung für uns.
