Clicking through multiple tabs per ticket in Zendesk is tedious, time consuming and slows down client facing workflows throughout multiple departments of mine. The user profile app's new update not only includes the user tab custom fields and data, but now also includes the organization's tab data. This has helped multiple departments of mine see relevant information within the ticket without having to click through multiple tabs. Also a big shout out to their responsiveness and willingness to listen to client feedback and their recent updates were based on discussions they had with me directly (can't say that often now a days). I'd highly recommend using this app to improve your teams efficiency and availability to org and user data within the ticket.
