Official PrestaShop Connector

I think 25 USD per month is a rip-off, no other app this simple charges that much...I'm going to use the one-time payment option

It works fine, but after upgrade to multistore it won't goes anymore. It's a shame, it was super helpful. We should probably change module and maybe also Zendesk with something much more integrated

It shows useful information, but for companies using multistore Prestashop it is pretty much useless since you can only install it in one of your shops, leaving the rest without integration. There should be a feature for multistore, even if it is a premium version of the module, since you really leave no option for companies using multistore, which is a common feature for Prestashop.
