Excellent support tool with multilingual capabilities. We do a lot of business internationally so it's taken out the stress of support across several languages, and is able to translate info from our FAQs and docs for customers when they ask a question. Looking forward to continuing to work with the Eesel team to expand and perfect our setup 👍
We've had our tier 1 tickets almost entirely deflected by eesel now. It's also identified some gaps in our help center which was an unexpected bonus. One of the bots we have set up is plugged into our Slack and has been an amazing resource for the myself and the rest of the team.

A great product that has been helpful for our efficiency with ticket replies. They were able to integrate their live chat into our existing Zendesk messaging system so it was a seamless transition over to their product. We had issues in the past with other Zendesk AI getting confused between our products (admittedly similarly described in a lot of our help articles) but we’ve found Eesels ChatGPT Agents have no trouble with distinguishing them clearly.
Having an AI assistant in our help desk system has been a game changer. It suggests relevant answers instantly, reducing the time our team spends on each ticket.
