En revanche, certains clients ne souhaitent pas donner leurs coordonnées clients, uniquement leurs pseudos, mais nous pouvons contacter la personne pour lui demander de nous en dire plus, ce qu'elle peut refuser, mais cela ne nous empêche pas de répondre. Facile d'utilisation et très pratique !
The app does what it says, it allows you to create tickets based on Trustpilot reviews and reply to them. I'm marking this app down as there is no option to "Find Reviewer", and the subject line is badly formatted if it includes an order number. If you need to "Find Reviewer" then you need to go back to the TP site, so now you need to use 2 systems instead of 1.
