Hello! The timing is just fantastic. This morning we submitted an update to support Japanese characters (which will take a few days to be approved). We are working on adding additional characters support, and Korean is indeed on our roadmap. We'll adjust our priorities to work on this one next.
The app is great, covers all we can ask for a printing feature in Zendesk (since the native solution is so limited). Paid plan offers great filtering for what to include/exclude on the tickets, and the search menu is pretty easy to use in order to query for the specific tickets you need. A must have for us!
Although this app is imperative for our application of Zendesk, there are improvements that could be made (such as having 'organisation' listed as a field that can be printed). Unfortunately, I have had a response from support@nusive.com. We are a paid subscriber.
Great service team that are willing to work with you to meet your unique needs. We wanted the ticket numbers to show on the pdf downloads, as well be able to distinguish internal notes from public comments - in a week from contacting them, Nusive developers had made fixes to reflex our request!
