Thankful has been a wonderful partner for us, working to find solutions even without the ability to complete an integration yet (that's on us, not them). The AI works well and is easy to adjust/add new responses when needed, and the team is a pleasure to work with.

Their Customer Success Specialists were very hands-on and initiates check-ins to ensure that we're up to date on their progress and always look for ways to help us get more value from their services.
This company has increased our CS departments eNPS. Not only are you able to automate the rudimentary, it allows your core team to step up to harder challenges and projects. The amount of effort reallocated to tickets that are very complicated or higher level projects makes this a no-brainer. Our business can be very seasonal as well. Using thankful has seriously decreased the amount of up and down staffing that we used to have to calculate. Overall, good for HR, good for CS, good to finance, good for your company.
