This is the best telegram integration app in Zendesk. First of all it is faster - there is no lag in comunication unlike other apps. Also you always see if client edited his post, this is very important because very ofter the meaning changes greately with such edits. It would be great if Zendesk removes some channel integration limitationsos app developers could use even more features in their apps!

Would be even better if I could replace /newrequest command by my own. Also when someone is responding should be able to chose which ticket is he talking about :) Please think about it!
