I love Switchvox, but it would be good if Sangoma made just a little bit of an effort to update this App. To not have updated this app in over 3 years a shame. Has anyone at Sangoma even looked at the code in years? or since they merged or purchased Switchvox? Come on guys.. you can do better than this. Integrating logs and direct access to recordings should be a no brainer, and as soon as you make these simple API updates this will be a full 5-star for me.

Basic functionality. Missing key features 1) Cannot specify which phone to use for outgoing calls. (hardware, softphone, cellphone) 2) Does not copy call log into ticket or allow you to copy and paste call log. Has to be manually entered.
