Like many others, we wanted to exclude signatures from text replies. Works like a charm. Support is amazing and super (SUPER!) fast - in addition to helping set up the text fix, Dave helped me configure some rules to make the signatures work just how I'd hoped.

We were searching for a way to exclude signatures on text messages and this app accomplished everything we needed very simply. We also use custom HTML email signatures and the app handled those perfectly as well. Great app!

Good app and great support. Like Beth we were having some trouble with placeholders and missing HTML styling. We wrote to the app support team. The very next day they had a solution for the missing CSS styles and had published an update for the missing placeholder.

Testing this out today. It's pretty straight forward. Trying to use placeholders to create my conditions and it doesn't seem to be recognizing the ones I've used to pull the agent's name. I've tried {{ticket.assignee.first_name}} and also click the link under "Documentation" for the app and tried {{agent.first_name}}. Neither of those pulled my agent name into the signature. However, my placeholder for {{ticket.brand.name}} worked and pulled that. Is this a user error or an app error?
