Miuros is an exceptional tool that our team utilizes on a daily basis. The application has been invaluable to forming our QA processes as a team and continues to provide excellent data on a daily basis so that we're able to quickly identify where our team can best benefit from growth and improvement from a macro to micro scale. It has been intuitive to implement into our regular work flow, and the Miuros team is highly responsive and always improving their product.

Miuros is an awesome tool, as for being accessible as flexible. We use daily, and the regular updates but also the workshops we have with the experts builds our autonomy on the long run. Miuros makes our analysis at Cheerz fast and smooth, a must-to-have.

Miuros has helped our organisation in more ways - speeding up and making more accurate the sampling of cases to review; for agents it's easy to get their feedback and track their quality performance; for Leads it's easy to keep all the reporting in one place and monitor trends; finally, through review forms it's easier to keep the quality standard consistent in the way the get reviewed in larger groups.

The Miuros Review Tool has been a great addition to the current possibilities that Miuros has offered us. By using this tool we are now able to work more efficiently while giving our agents some valid feedback. It has given us the opportunity to work together in one system and not get overwhelmed with all kinds of sheets. Very happy to use this tool on a daily basis.

Since we got Miuros for our QA department, work has changed considerably. We are able to review, evaluate and analyse our customer interaction, our canned responses and our overall performance in greater detail. It has proven super useful in the development of our agents, the agent dashboard being instrumental for that and allowed to create more transparency between all stakeholders. I highly recommend it!
