Great tool for your QA needs. Our team has tripled in size and this tool makes QA-ing easy and efficient. Its multi functional automations, and easy to edit templates makes coaching and grading efficient for your whole entire team. MaestroQA also provides graphs and other tools that can help you spot trends and training opportunities that your team may need. The support over at Maestro is by far one of the best I have experienced. Our current Account Manager Domenic, has been extremely helpful in getting us acquainted with the Maestro features, and is always there to giving us feedback in what features we should be using to help our live a little easier when grading.

Simply put, MaestroQA has allowed us to get past the mundane tasks of logging QA along with providing a tool that embellishes our ability to provide feedback to our agents and provide great value to our customers as a success team. Like many others, we too were managing all of our QA numbers in spreadsheets and not only was it hard to look at, it took up a ton of time to log scores and cross-compare the sheet with the Zendesk ticket. Maestro allows for seamless grading and review with the ticket and grades sitting side-by-side in addition to allowing the agent to see the scorecard they're graded on right within the review. Annotations allow us to call out parts of the ticket that we either missed the mark on or went above and beyond that mark; agents are able to simply click the note and it'll bring them right to that spot in the ticket that we've annotated. Agents feel more empowered and energized to resolve any areas of improvement on their own with Maestro. I could go on, but I'll keep it at that. Last note I want to make is about the team at Maestro. They are so good at what they do, so responsive, so humble and human that you will feel like they're simply co-workers on your team, strategizing and asking for feedback and implementing your ideas with careful consideration and critically thought follow-up questions. I believe I don't need to say anything more for you to try this out. Inspiring company and stellar product.

We were using google surveys and sheets to grade our agent interactions. MaestroQA has allowed us to have all the ticket information and grading tools in one place. It is easy to customize your grading templates, make adjustments as decide to expand on categories, and it makes it easy to spot trends. If you are looking for an easy way to get your teams quality up through coaching agent interactions, I would recommend MaestroQA.

MaestroQA has been incredibly helpful to our Quality Assurance programing. Like so many other companies we started with a complicated mess of Google spreadsheets and a roundabout feedback loop. The MaestroQA integration has helped us decrease our audit time by 50% in most channels with an easy automation, search feature and side-by-side functionality. We've decreased the lift on all parties involved in the quality feedback loop by implementing the automated grading assignments, calibrations assignments and more. MaestroQA has brought a higher level of visibility and understanding to our teammates on how we view and approach providing a quality Customer Experience. Above all else, the MaestroQA team of Vasu, Harrison, Domenic and more, are shinning examples of quality Customer Service. I can't think of a better partner in starting and building a efficient and effective internal quality program.

MaestroQA has been so incredibly helpful to our QA Team! Previous to this we were using an Excel spreadsheet to create our QA Reports. But with Vasu’s help we were able to create a template within MaestroQA that did pretty much everything we needed and more. Since that time Vasu, and now our current account manager Domenic, have been so helpful in giving us insight into the program, helping us to find features within the program that fit our needs, and when possible making updates to the program to help in making things a little easier for us. I honestly cannot say enough about how much this program has helped to streamline our workflow, and how incredibly attentive and responsive Vasu, Domenic and the MaestroQA team have been. I can’t recommend this program enough for anyone working in QA Management. It’s intuitive and super easy to use. But if you decide this program is for you, all I ask is please don’t take Domenic from us. He’s the best, and we need him :)
