This is not an integration, it is ticket linking - you will have two tickets in result (one in each system), and each will need own processing.

I cannot attach clickup tickets by ticket number or link. I have to know exactly what space it is in and what the title is before I can link them. Jira is superior.

It's not bad, but could be better. 1-If it includes also the attached files from the tickets in Zendesk to ClickUp and related info.

Way better than nothing but needs some work. Adding a new ClickUp task works well and you can navigate out to ClickUp to assign the task and do other things. Unfortunately, when you re-enter the page for a Zendesk ticket the associated ClickUp task is not immediately listed in the ClickUp app. You have to hit the refresh icon at the top of the ClickUp app to refresh and then the ticket you created earlier is shown. Linking to a ClickUp task appears not to work. I can search for task from ClickUp and highlight a task but I can't find a way to actually do the assignment (no button or link visible). It would be nice - perhaps in a future version - if changes to the status of the ClickUp task could be recorded to Zendesk, perhaps as a internal note so the Zendesk agent is notified and can take action.

2 stars. We can not create sub task from the ticket.
