Bulk User Export

It's great that we can export the users in zendesk, but we only get the most basic info on the users. We are looking to export all of the data in the People fields we created so that we can identify which users are missing info.

I think there is potential with this app, but as it currently stands it is not all that beneficial for us. While it does bulk export users into a file for us, we really need to be able to do some filtering and then select which users to export. There is a field for active on the list of users, but even our suspended users show as active so that field is pretty pointless. If there was the ability to filter to our active (exclude suspended) users it would be a much better tool. Another piece that is missing is the ability to see and filter on tags. We put tags on each users to help us define them (customer, partner, outside IT contact, etc.) and would like to be able to export just those end-users that are marked as customers. Or based on any other tag on the user. This app is a start, but needs a little more flexibility in order to actually be useful.

It looks like time was spent on how you can export data, but not enough on what you can export. I was looking for something like this and after using it, I still am looking. I was happy to see that you could export agents and admins, but it needs to show the actual role of the agents and not just that they are an agent.The agent list shows 105. But it does not specify what the role is. This defeats the purpose for us. If i click on the Admins condition it shows 101 admins(this is because i loaded the Agent list first), of course this is not correct. More on this below. There seems to be a bug for us on the display of agents. It will show the list of 105. If i then click on Admins it will show the correct number, but going back to Agents it will double the list itself. So going back and forth the number of agents on top but the export list will just keep adding 100 by duplicating everyone. So going back and forth a few times and one agent will show up 2, 3, 4 times or as many times and you click between agents and admins. It does not seem to clear itself after each load. There does now seem to be a way to stop this other than disabling the app and then turn it back on. So there are many things I would like it to do. Really i just want it to work like customer lists. We seem to be having trouble with those working now as well. This actually seems like a far worse version of Customer lists. If you do not have a plan that includes Customer lists then I can see it being useful. But maybe not yet....
