Our team utilizes this to integrate to Blitzz without having to leave the agents' home base of the Zendesk interface. Links to the agent's license in Blitzz. Allows us to connect to customers for verification and troubleshooting purposes in real time. I like that it posts an internal note with Blitzz session details to the ticket. One thing to note is that the app itself is only accessible from an existing ticket, in order for it to link the details to that ticket. So it won't appear on an unsubmitted new ticket.
