This has been a game changer for the way we now manage our customer interactions. It's been a very beneficial tool in handling inbound WISMO inquiries, and we still have a lot more to possibilities to explore to increase the bot's performance. Would highly recommend!
I love that we can give all our agents the ability to look at order information for simple things like providing order tracking numbers. The default orders displayed on the ticket view with the app are based on recipient's email adddress which makes it easy to identify if a customer have multiple orders. After spending several hours trying other apps this one seems to be the best option altough I wish the interface was a little more edgy when a shipment is in exception status. Also I noticed the copy button, pastes the entire shipment history which is an overload of info to send in an email to a customer - I would suggest the coipy button just paste like the latest status and estimated arrival day. Thank you
App is pretty straightforward and works as expected. Saves me time when customers write in about shipping issues
This widget has saved my CS team countless hours, and allowed us to provide more clear and concise tracking information!
Worked well initially but recently only displays 'all' listings and not the sole listing tied to customers email address. So pointless in it's current state (have tried re-installing multiple times)
