How to trigger create new card in trello on adding new ticket in zendesk?

This app does work in Chrome, you just have to allow the popup. It also works well (so far), with integration being simple and intuitive. I would like more control from within Zendesk (e.g., the ability to edit the Zendesk ticket title when creating a new card for Trello).

Trello app stopped working for users using Chrome. In Firefox the app works normal.

I've installed this, and Trello appears on the right side as expected. It has one button that reads "Log in with Trello". For me, this button doesn't do anything. So basically, this just takes up space.
