We use Geckoboard to visualize various metrics, providing live monitoring of our agents' workload, different teams, and performance evaluations. The ability to integrate it directly into Zendesk via the iFrames app makes it even more valuable for our agents. Great link for getting data into Gecko dashboards. Small issue with dashboards not updating but Gecko support fixed within the hour.

We have been using Geckoboard for over 5 years and love the transparency it gives our customer service team. The dashboards are displayed on TV screens throughout the contact centre and allow everyone to see what workload there is and how happy our customers are. Support agents work as a team to meet the targets on the screen and schedule breaks depending on workload and staff available. A very useful tool for team leaders and agents alike.
I have used Geckoboard previously and am thrilled to have it up and running again with the new Customer Service Team I am supporting. The team are more involved in daily and weekly KPI's, we have seen a 15 second decrease in live chat wait times and the agents resolutions per hour are up by 15%. The agents love the friendly competition of who is the top solver for the day. Plus the colour customisation options really allowed the dashboard to be on brand. The widget set up is easy for first time users. Highly Recommend!
