Swifteq's Help Center Manager allowed us to duplicate our Help Center as a different brand in a fraction of the time it would have taken without this amazing product. The Help Center Manager's find and replace feature allowed us to replace brand names across hundreds of articles in a short amount of time. The Help Center Manager's controls allowed us to select specific Sections and Categories that we wanted to duplicate. I was pleasantly surprised at the short amount of time it took to learn the Help Center Manager. When I ran into an issue Swifteq responded back quickly with help. I highly recommend this Great Product!

Swifteq has revolutionized our workflow - from quickly finding and replacing article IDs across thousands of articles, identifying dead links, and understanding our user behaviour based on insightful SEO feedback. And that is just scratching the surface of the capabilities of this product. The chat support feature is also incredibly helpful, delivering prompt and friendly responses that provide the information we need. Thank you Swifteq, I don't know how we managed without you!

Just wow!! We're looking for an AI solution to translate our KB articles and with Swifteq Help Center Manager we found just that! We're currently translating 4000+ articles in 33 languages with HC Manager for our customers globally as well as our internal teams across the globe. Like most, we only had our articles written in the English language, but saw that adoption was very low for many countries where the English language isn't that well accepted. Yes, Google Translate can do some on-page translations which we had for a while, but what you're really want is to have your system interface set to the language of choice and with that your search in that language too. Swifteq AI supported us accomplishing this and in a rapid way. Great app and interface; with a few clicks you can select certain sections of articles in bulk, choose your languages and off you go. AI does the rest. The rest of the HC Manager suite features are awesome as well: Analytics is helping us to get more insights beyond ZD Explore. Broken links and images are easily found and updated. The support we get from Sorin and team is excellent as well. Very responsive, open for ideas and improvements. This app is a must in any ZD KB if you ask me.

The introduction of this app has enabled us to achieve the following. It has been extremely helpful: We were able to translate multiple articles at once. (We can review the content before publishing it on Zendesk.) We were able to replace specific strings in all articles. (More than 1,000 help articles were able to respond quickly to the service name change.) We were able to download the HTML of all articles at once. (We can search all the necessary places at once to make changes for consistency and design updates in the articles.) Furthermore, the response to support inquiries is quick, and bug fixes are also fast, which allows us to work smoothly. Although I understand it may be difficult, having a feature like Google Image Translate that can translate and overwrite text within images would be amazing."

We decided to install this app To overcome the shortcomings of Zendesk regarding Help Center articles management and we have been using it a lot since. It's perfect to manage your Help Center and you can also use at the same time the macro export app which can also be useful to manage the content. I recommend Swifteq as a very good partner to manage your content in Zendesk + they have a reactive and good support !
