Not being able to show orders based on a customer's email address is silly. If it did not just look at a customer's name, this would be a a 5 star review.
I wish the orders were shown by either the customers email, or FULL NAME. Currently it only does it by a persons first name. So for example if I'm looking at a ticket and his first name is Michael, I will see ALL orders submitted by a Michael. That makes no sense. Also would like to have a tracking link or another window to click or track to see where the status of the package is vs just showing the tracking number.
This is a great start, but a few small additions would make a huge difference. Passing the "Ship Date", any other fees and total order amount would make it much more useful. These changes would allow us to not require a 2nd plugin that pulls data directly from Woocommerce. Even better, a hot link to the order in shipstation would make it a huge winner, saving the extra steps of opening Shipstation, typing in the order number, and clicking "apply" Thanks in advance for your consideration of these improvements.
I love that we can give all our agents the ability to look at order information for simple things like providing order tracking numbers, however, it is considerably less useful than it could be as the default orders displayed on the ticket view with the app are based on recipient's first name. Really wish there was the option to just view related orders by email address instead of first name! The first name filtering results in hundreds and thousands of orders for some of the more popular first names, making this a very ineffective app.
