Here are the newest integrations from Zendesk to help your team provide top-quality experiences.

Tangle (Support)

Tangle makes it easy to keep track of all your customer emails. No matter where they are or what system sent them — Tangle stores them all. No more guessing how an email looks like, where to find it, and how to resend it if a customer asks for it. Connect Tangle with Zendesk and easily view the Tangle app in the ticket sidebar along with the email history with the ticket requester. View, resend, or forward an email directly from the app while working on a ticket.

Google Admin Pro by SaaS Aid (Support)

Google Admin Pro by Saas Aid helps you solve your everyday IT support requests quickly and efficiently by managing Google Workspace user accounts directly from the Zendesk ticket interface. Reset account passwords, reset 2 step verification, log out users from web sessions, wipe all Oauth tokens, suspend and unsuspend accounts, and more.

Bagel Ai (Support)
