We had an excellent experience working with Envoy for our Zendesk implementation! Kellin, Lauren, Rob, and the whole team were organized, communicative, and supportive throughout the whole process. They really took the time to understand the scope of work and our unique needs, and provided recommendations about how best to configure and leverage the system. I can't say enough about how transformative Zendesk has been for us (a small customer service team at a growing CPG company). We are now able to much more easily prioritize tickets and answer consumer questions using the Guide function. Being able to generate reports using Explore has been a total game changer! We recently had the pleasure of working with Envoy for a Zendesk implementation with a new team at the City of Saint Paul, and the experience has been nothing short of exceptional. Transitioning from using Excel to track communications to a fully integrated Zendesk system was a significant shift, but Envoy made the process seamless and efficient. From the outset, Envoy demonstrated remarkable flexibility and thoroughness. They set up our new team in Zendesk and integrated it seamlessly with our existing instance. This meant that while we onboarded a new group to manage constituent communications, there was no disruption to our current operations. Their work included crafting tailored workflows and automations, setting up SLAs and triggers, and designing custom reports and dashboards for the new team. The new setup has significantly enhanced our ability to handle communication more effectively without impacting the existing group's operations. We had a great experience working with Envoy. The entire team was great; patient, thorough, and fast in execution during the entire project. I had a vision for a customized version of Zendesk and wanted help in not only achieving this vision, but getting it rapidly deployed in the midst of a complete turnaround project of my new division. The end result is exactly what I wanted, and even included a few good ideas they had along the way. I am already working on a second engagement to jump start another two branches of our system and look forward to continuing to work with this team. I had a wonderful experience working with Envoy! My team wanted to accomplish a Help Center redesign in Q4 2023, and we could not have met our goal without the Envoy team. Cayley Thurlby offered a great introduction to Envoy and answered all of my questions thoroughly before we signed on for this project (and gave me some great inspiration for project ideas!), and Megan Sherrod + Jon Bolden were both an absolute pleasure to work with during the project. Megan was organized, efficient, and flexible based on my + my team's needs, and Jon was both knowledgeable and extremely speedy in bringing our design goals to life. Roles & responsibilities were clearly defined, and all of the team's project management tools and resources made the project especially easy to keep track of. The Envoy team ensured we met our goals swiftly, smoothly, and on time—despite taking on a project mid-October with a goal to finish before the holidays, which on its own is a crazy time of year for most folks. I'm eager to work with Envoy again and look forward to doing so when the time comes!
