729 allowed us the flexibility to self-implement, but were with us every step of the way. They answered questions, brainstormed, provided solutions and best practices for anything we needed. They are personable, caring, and reliable. I would recommend working with them, and feel confident everyone would feel the same value we did.

Customer: Zift Solutions (no relation) Project: Historical ticket migration from HappyFox to Zendesk Workload: ~10K tickets migrated with lots of ticket detail Kick-off Meeting: 11/21/2017 Final Meeting: 2/20/2018 Project Hours: ~160 Our Project Manager was Dave Woodrick and we had a DEV member or two doing the heavy lifting as Dave translated our needs into action items for the 729 project team. They invited us to a custom Slack channel so that comms were open and available. I really enjoyed the entire process with this team and you could tell that they were prepared to find answers to our migration challenges. Thanks 729 Solutions!
