We implemented an internal ticket rating tool for our ticket supervisor with formcrafts. The ratings are stored with specific criteria inside the ticket, so the agent receives early feedback. We also implement an "Accept effort estimate" form for our b2b-clients, which stores the "accept" or "decline" directly inside the ticket. Formcraft is definitly a game changer for us, especially in combination with make.com, wich provides aditional information via webhook directly inside formcraft in realtime!

Great app with a great Zendesk integration, makes it very easy for us to deploy canned forms/surveys/follow-ups for customers and post them right back into our Zendesk tickets.
Brilliant, super easy to integrate with Zenners
Not only does this look great and is easy to use. But it integrates with Zendesk in some very advanced ways! You can integrate data fields so that customers can select options and your customer service team can read. Support is very helpful and there are next levels of user logic that you can use.
