Happy Schedule was built for our 300+ happiness engineers and is now used by other companies. It's a very thoughtful product that checks off at least two boxes that we couldn't find with other products. Happy Schedule is built for companies that want to give their employees flexibality to schedule their works days and weeks. And global time zone scheduling just works. Automattic has standardized on Zendesk so it makes sense that this Happy Schedule prioritized this Zendesk integration.
