The user's experience is smooth and seamless so far. Minimal unexpected downtime and I suppose you can say it is truly reliable. Just a small feedback on its pricing - it is above-average.

With the help of this integration, we've increased our SLA with reviews drastically. It's effortless to install and setup. It's easy for me to delegate work with reviews to my distant agents via zendesk. Also, you can send complaints on bad reviews via zendesk as well. Totally recommended, thumbs up.
