Excellent way to get a LLM integrated into the helpdesk, with an active team working on making it better.
This has been a great app for translating messages. We do a lot of business with Canadian companies but we don't have anyone on my team that speaks French. This allowed us to serve our customers better with the team we already have. I've been told by a few of our customers that the responses sound a lot like a fluent french speaker.
Stylo is such a huge help! Whether adjusting and improving something I write or creating an answer entirely on its own, I've been consistently impressed with how intelligent it is!

My team has been using Stylo for the last several months and we've seen it get better and better at helping us answer questions over that time. It started by taking 5-6 seconds to load a suggested response and that's been cut down to 1-2 seconds (They told me they are now using GPT 4o, which is likely why). There is a lot of value here for a really reasonable price.
This is a great co-pilot for our team to shave off time spent answering customer questions. We have a really small team so any time saving we can get is a huge help. Love the new feature to automatically respond and solve tickets where the customer just says "thank you" at the end!
