The CX Trends Report reveals that 64 percent of customers spend more when issues get resolved on the channels they’re using. So, you won’t just be saving the current sale—you might be encouraging further purchases.

Evaluate the success of your customer communication strategy and make improvements where needed by collecting, analyzing, and acting on customer feedback.
