Yext Search

Just finished our free trial with Yext and are implementing it to start off the year! The team at Yext made the trial and integration process very easy and we are excited to leverage additional knowledgebase segmentation functionality as we transition to a full service account. Looking forward to increased client self-service and ticket deflection in 2022.
