There’s no limitation on the number of tickets processed by the app. It’s completely scalable! In the Unlimited Basic plan, there's a fair usage cap at 50,000 re-opened tickets per month.

How much time does the setup take?
Setup takes less than 30 seconds and the app starts working automatically. Simply follow the 3-step installation instructions in the second tab on the marketplace listing. No IT or engineering help is required.

Thank You GPT uses AI to figure out which tickets only contain "thank you" messages and which should remain open for an agent. When the app is unsure whether a ticket should be solved, it leaves the ticket open to avoid any mistakes. Based on our user reports and internal testing, the odds of a false positive are lower than 0.01%. If, for any reason, we falsely detect a "thank you" message, you can report it to us and we’ll fine-tune the AI accordingly.
