Miuros Insights has become part of my daily tool in viewing an assortment of data related to my team's activity. The best part is that it is such an easy interface to use that I find myself sometimes using it more than Zendesk Explore. A highly recommended addition in helping you to manage team performance. And the Miuros team is quick to assist with any questions or recommendations.

Miuros is our weekly tool to review the week's performance, and has been for over 3 years. It is an important and necessary tool to improve our Customer Service KPI's and helps us to do so. Communication and help from Miuros is always there when needed! Great stuff :)
