Search and Browse
All data in Zendesk are full text searchable and browseable.
- The full text search engine can be combined with property keywords and date intervals. Search technology based on Lucene - Query Parser Syntax. Read more about Zendesk's smart search.
- If full text search isn't required, you can browse the ticket base by ticket properties using a simple click-and-add interface, and have your results displayed in a sortable table. Your searches can be saved as standard ticket views.
