How does the 30-day free trial work?

Cancel a paying plan within 30 days of signing up and you won't be charged at all. You have no obligation and can cancel or change your service at any time for any reason, at no charge. If you do choose to cancel, you will never be charged again and are only responsible for charges incurred up until the cancellation date.

Do I need a credit card to sign up?

No. If you decide to continue with a paid plan after the trial period expires, you will be asked to enter your credit card data and will be billed accordingly.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Dankort. Prices are in US dollars and excluding VAT where appropriate.

What is my commitment?

Zendesk is a pay-as-you-go service. You do not commit to any long term contracts. If you decide to cancel and are on a paid plan with the trial period expired, you'll be billed for the current month and that's it.

Can I cancel my account at any time?

Yes. Although we would be sorry to see you go, you can cancel your account at any time from the "Account" tab.

Can I change plans at any time?

Absolutely! Simply click on the "Account" tab in your help desk and choose the "upgrade/downgrade" option. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time with no additional handling charges.

I Need a plan with more than 25 agents!

Educational discount?

Can do. Contact contact@zendesk.com and include full credentials to receive 30% discount on our medium plan, or 40% on our large and x-large plans.
